Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a coffee maker for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@beanbask.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Sale or clearance items (marked as “final sale”).
  • Gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if it was prepaid by BeanBask.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
  2. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@beanbask.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please contact us at support@beanbask.com, and we will assist you in the exchange process.


Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery. If your return is approved, we may provide a return shipping label. For all other returns, you should use a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your coffee maker arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@beanbask.com. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
