At BeanBask.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your coffee maker, we offer a straightforward refund and return process. Below are the details of our policy to ensure a smooth return experience.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your coffee maker for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
To start a return, please contact us at support@beanbask.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping the product back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you by email. If the return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product arrived damaged or was incorrect.
- For prepaid return shipping, the cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If your coffee maker arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@beanbask.com. We will promptly arrange an exchange or send you a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products after delivery.

Return Shipping
For returns that are not due to defective or incorrect products, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
